The Chemistry Education study program has been accredited A since 2010 until now. The latest accreditation for Chemistry Education Study Program is BAN-PT No. 5258/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PP)/S/IX/2020 for the period 2020-2025. The Chemistry Education study program organizes undergraduate programs for ICP (International Class Program) and non-ICP classes. The undergraduate program also provides an equalization program for alumni from other universities whose educational history is linear with the Chemistry Education study program, both those who are undergraduates and alumni of the Diploma-3 (D3)/Diploma-4 (D4) program.
The admission of new students to the Chemistry Education study program is carried out through 3 programmed admission channels, including:
National Selection to Enter State Universities (SNMPTN)
Joint Selection to Enter State Universities (SBMPTN)
Independent Examination (UM)
The number of students accepted for ICP and non-ICP classes each year is around 120 students. Currently there are 22 active lecturers with 3 professors, 11 doctors and 8 masters, assisted by 5 PLP and technicians and 3 administrative staff.
Educational facilities available include a microteaching room and 5 laboratory rooms. Students who study in the Chemistry Study Program can enjoy central facilities at the University as well as in the department in the form of libraries, mosques, parks, sports fields, canteens, parking lots, clinics and so on. In addition, there are various UKM (Student Activity Units) at the faculty and university level that students can participate in outside of classroom teaching and learning activities.
